We ask that you review your order carefully, as it cannot be modified once submitted.

Methods of Payment

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, China Union Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay, and Anthropologie gift cards and e-gift cards issued in USD.

Items will be charged to your selected method of payment when they ship. Your order may ship in multiple packages, but rest assured you will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees. The shipping and handling fee you were quoted at checkout will be prorated and applied based on the value of each individual shipment.

Please note that we are unable to process your order if we cannot obtain an authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information. We will keep your order on file for 48 hours before it will be cancelled. Please respond quickly; merchandise cannot be held for your order and may become unavailable.

Gift Cards & E–Gift Cards

Gift cards may be purchased online or in US and Canada stores. E-gift cards may be purchased online and will be emailed to your recipient. Gift cards and e-gift cards are available in select amounts from $25 to $2,000 USD.

Please note: All gift cards and e-gift cards are only valid for redemption in the currency they were originally purchased.

E-Gift Cards

E-gift cards can be redeemed online or in US and Canada stores.

E-gift cards will be sent to the email address you provide within approximately one hour of your order. You will receive an email confirmation once the e-gift card has been sent. The email will include the recipient’s email address.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are issued in USD and will be mailed to the gift recipient using the method selected at checkout. Unfortunately, tracking information is not available.

Shipping methods are as follows: Standard Shipping via USPS First Class Mail, Express Shipping via USPS Priority Mail, and Overnight Shipping via FedEx. Express and Overnight shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international mailing addresses.

Gift cards with a pin number can be redeemed online or in US and Canada stores. Gift cards without a pin number can be used at our US and Canada stores. Visit our Store Locator to find the store(s) nearest you.

Unlimited Furniture Delivery

For your convenience, orders containing more than one Unlimited Furniture Delivery item will be consolidated and delivered together. If you would prefer to have items delivered as they become available, please contact our furniture specialists. Once your items are ready to ship, we will contact you to schedule a delivery. While you may see a preauthorization on your selected method of payment, your account will not be charged until your items are available to be scheduled for delivery. Furniture will arrive 2-4 weeks after your order has shipped.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax in all US states as required. Additionally, we are also required to collect tax in Puerto Rico and Australia. Please visit our store locator for a complete list of applicable states.

Price Adjustments

If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one–time price adjustment on full-price purchases only. Please contact us with an original sales receipt within 14 days of original sales purchase.

For online or phone orders, contact us. Please note that price adjustments for online and phone orders cannot be made in stores, and price adjustments are not applicable to shipping charges.

Price Differences

We make every attempt to have consistent pricing throughout our catalog, website, and stores. Occasionally we offer website-exclusive promotions, but we will gladly match anthropologie.com prices in our stores. Please contact us if you have any questions about pricing.

Payment Issues

If your payment method was declined, it may have been unsuccessful due to incorrect information, card expiration, or insufficient funds. You can choose a new method of payment and contact your bank or the credit card company if you continue to experience difficulties placing your order. For further assistance, please contact us.
