Where is my order?
Our goal is to meet the delivery date quoted at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your item(s) have shipped.
You can check the status of your order here. Please have your Order Number and billing zip code ready! You can also see your tracking information in your Order History.

How do I make a return?
You can return online orders by mail or at a store. Start your online return and print your USPS return label here.
To locate your order number, sign in to your Order History. Locate a store near you to return your item(s) in person.
Most merchandise can be returned within 60 days of the purchase date. Please note that shoes, BHLDN, FP Movement, and Unlimited Furniture Delivery items cannot be returned to store.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. While we’re unable to make changes after you have placed your order, you do have a short window of time to cancel it (provided no items in the order have started processing). Please note that this will cancel your entire order. If you do not see the “Cancel Order” option in the order details, that indicates that we are unable to process a cancellation. Once you have received your order, you may return or exchange any eligible items. To cancel a backordered item, please contact us.

How do I receive free shipping?
You can sign up online for our AnthroPerks loyalty program to get free shipping on orders of $150 or more.
