WHERE CAN I SEND A GIFT CARD OR E-GIFT CARD?
Gift cards can be mailed anywhere in the US via standard shipping. You may select express or overnight shipping for an additional fee. Gift card delivery outside the US is unavailable at this time, as is expedited shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, US territories and APO/FPO addresses.
E-gift cards can be delivered anywhere, at any time, and will be emailed to the recipient. You will receive an email confirmation when the e-gift card has been delivered.
WHERE CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD OR E-GIFT CARD?
E-gift cards with pin numbers can be redeemed online or in US and Canada stores. Gift cards without a pin number can be used at our US and Canada stores. Visit our Store Locator to find the store(s) nearest you.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY GIFT CARD OR E-GIFT CARD?
To redeem a gift card in-store, simply present it at checkout. To redeem it online, enter the gift card number and pin on the Billing page at checkout.
To redeem an e-gift card in-store, have your e-gift card information handy—either printed out or accessible by email on your phone. To redeem it online, enter the e-gift card number and pin on the Billing page at checkout.
HOW DO I CHECK THE BALANCE ON MY GIFT CARD OR E-GIFT CARD?
You can check the balance on your gift card or e-gift card by using our Balance Inquiry tool, or by contacting us. You may also visit any Anthropologie location for in-person assistance.
WHY CAN'T I FIND MY E-GIFT CARD?
It may be tucked away in your email spam folder. Be sure to thoroughly check all folders in your email account. Still having trouble? Contact us.
Please note that we are unable to reissue gift cards or e-gift cards that have been lost or stolen.
