How To Use:

For a sleek blowdry, start with clean, towel-dried hair and apply a heat-protectant like our Mermade Mist
Taking one section at a time, starting from the bottom layer, choose the best heat setting for your hair
Place the oval brush near the root and brush away from the head while gently rotating. This will create professional like volume. Repeat for all layers and sections of hair. For more curve, wrap the hair around the barrel and hold for a few seconds
Finish with a shot of hair spray
Tip*: *You can use the blow-dry brush on dry hair to revive your mane or give it some bounce. Be careful not to touch the scalp with the tool. Make sure to clean out bristles and wipe down the tool after use to avoid product build up

Returns

Merchandise must not be used, worn, washed, or altered. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. All gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.

Any orders placed between 1st October – 31st December 2024 can benefit from extended returns until 31st January 2025.

Exchanges

We are now offering exchanges for clothing, accessories and shoes. Homewares, furniture and beauty items are excluded. An exchange request will need to be submitted and products sent back to us within 7 days from receiving the order. Once the return has been received, the exchange will be processed. Returns not received within 30 days will be charged to your original method of payment. Exchanges of products bought online cannot be processed in our stores.
