Made from grains of milled durum wheat combined with water from the mountain springs of Abruzzo, the Lina Stores dried past are drawn through traditional bronze dies and dried slowly to create beautiful, artisanal pasta.

Bucatini owe their name to the buco (hole) that runs through the length of this pasta. Most famously paired with guanciale in the Roman dish bucatini all amatriciana.

How To Use:

Bring a pan of generously salted water to the boil. Once boiling, reduce to a medium simmer. Add bucatini and cook for 6 minutes until al dente. Remove using a colander. Add the pasta to the pan with your chosen sauce. Carefully combine and add some pasta water if needed. Plate up and finish with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

Returns

Merchandise must not be used, worn, washed, or altered. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. All gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.

Any orders placed between 1st October – 31st December 2024 can benefit from extended returns until 31st January 2025.

Exchanges

We are now offering exchanges for clothing, accessories and shoes. Homewares, furniture and beauty items are excluded. An exchange request will need to be submitted and products sent back to us within 7 days from receiving the order. Once the return has been received, the exchange will be processed.
