PLACE YOUR PAVEMENT PICKUP ORDER
Check the availability of your items at your local store. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout – there, you will select your store location. At this time, select items may be unavailable for Pavement Pickup.
WAIT FOR YOUR READY FOR PICKUP EMAIL!
Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email. You'll find all the information you need to proceed to the store, including a link to a form to fill out once you've arrived and details about your order.
ARRIVE AT THE STORE AND CHECK IN BY EMAIL
Click "I've Arrived" in your Ready For Pickup email to notify the store you are ready for your order. Fill out the form and we'll bring the order to you!
THE DETAILS
Once all of your items are ready for pickup and you've received your Ready for Pickup notification (remember: don't come to the store unless you've received this!), we'll hold your order for 4 days. If you're unable to come by within that timeframe, we'll have to cancel your order. If you'd like to request a 24-hour extension, just contact us to avoid cancellation!
You may see a pre-authorization on your selected method of payment prior to picking up your order – don't worry, you won't be charged until you have received your merchandise.
COLLECTION POINTS
What is a...Collection Point? Simply put, it is an alternate location you may select for package shipment and pickup. A Collection Point is not an Anthropologie store.
Orders will ship to your selected location and will be available for pickup within 3 to 5 business days. Your selected method of payment will be charged when your items are shipped to your chosen Collection Point.
Once your order is ready for pickup, you'll be notified by email. When retrieving your order, please bring a valid ID and your Ready for Pickup email (you can print this or show on your mobile device). Once your order has arrived, it will be held for 7 days. If you miss the 7-day window, unfortunately, your order will be cancelled. Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned order at our warehouse.
